Edit your story with AI (typed content)

Whether you have recorded or typed your content, you can use the in-built AI editor to polish your entire entry, from the page view. Select ‘Polish with AI’ from the ribbon.

The ‘Polish with AI’ screen enables you to choose your English variant from ‘No preference’ (which defaults to American English), Australian English, American English or UK English.

Select editing instructions from one of the prompt fields or write your own instructions then select ‘Generate’.

After a few seconds (depending on the length of the transcript), the modified version of your transcript will appear as replacement text in the entry view.

If you are not happy with the modified text, you can select ‘Undo’ to revert to the previous version. If you want to adjust the instructions you have to the AI polisher, just click ‘Polish with AI’ again and enter different instructions. You can also edit the modified or unmodified text yourself directly on the page.
